桂枝巴戟天黄芪颗粒对衰老大鼠免疫功能及骨生物力学的影响 被引量:2

The effects of Rumulus-Morinda-Milkvetch Granules on the Immune Function and Bone Biomechanics of Senile rats

摘要 目的:评价桂枝巴戟天黄芪颗粒对衰老大鼠免疫功能及骨生物力学的影响。方法:50只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为空白对照组,模型组、桂枝巴戟天黄芪颗粒高、中、低剂量组。均采用D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射制作衰老大鼠模型。在大鼠造模成功后分组灌胃,每天1次,给药30d后,检测迟发性变态反应、血清溶血素、血清中白介素2(IL-2)的含量及大鼠右侧股骨最大载荷和最大挠度。结果:桂枝巴戟天黄芪颗粒能增高衰老大鼠迟发性变态反应中耳肿胀度、血清溶血素及血清中IL-2含量,能增高模型大鼠股骨最大载荷、最大挠度。结论:桂枝巴戟天黄芪颗粒能增强衰老大鼠的免疫功能,改善衰老大鼠骨生物力学性能,有抗衰老的作用。 Objective:To evaluate the effects of Ramulus Cinnamomi - Morinda- Milkvetch (RMM) granules on the immune function and bone biomechanics of senile rats. Methods: Fifty SD rates were randomly divided into control group, model group, high, middle and low-dose-RMM groups. All the models were administered D-galactose intraperitoneally. After successful modeling, all the rats were lavaged daily for 30 days in total. Then delayed hypersensitivity reaction, serum hae molysin, IL-2, the maximum load and the maximum deflection of the right lateral femurs were tested. Results:RMM gran ules increased the extent of the swelling of the ear, serum haemolysin, the content of IL-2, the maximum load and the max imum deflection of the right lateral femurs. Conclusion-. RMM granules can strengthen the immune function and bone bio mechanics of senile rats and have anti-aging effects.
