摘要
目的:探讨带监测皮岛的腓骨移植修复胫骨骨缺损与骨不连的临床疗效。方法:将带监测皮岛的腓骨移植治疗胫骨骨缺损与骨不连,其中带蒂腓骨移植8例,吻合血管游离腓骨移植6例,移植腓骨长度8.0~12.0cm,平均(10.3±1.7)cm.术后10d内连续观察监测皮岛的颜色、温度、弹性、毛细血管充盈等指标,定期影像学检查、评价腓骨移植愈合情况。结果:术后随访18~54个月,平均(30.3±10.9)个月,X线显示平均(7.0±0.9)个月胫骨已骨性愈合,腓骨可见增粗、塑形、无折断。结论:带监测皮岛的腓骨移植是治疗胫骨骨缺损与骨不连的良好方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of the fibula transplantation with monitoring skin island for the treatment of tibial bone defects and nonunion. Methods:Use fibula transplantation with monitoring skin to treat tihial bone defects and nonunion, including 8 cases of pedicle fibula transplantation and 6 cases of free vaseularized fibula transplanta- tion. The length of these fibulas is 8.0~12.0cm, average of (10.3+1.7) cm. The color, temperature, elasticity, capil- lary engorge and other indicators were observed continuously for 10 days after operation, and the periodic imaging examination was to evaluate fibular transplant healing. Results: Patients were followed up for 18- 54months, average of (30.3 ±10.9) months. The X-ray showed after average of (7.0±0. 9) months, the fibula were bone healing, with thickening, shaping and no breaking of the fibula. Conclusion:The fibula transplantation with monitoring skin island is a good method for the treatment of tibial bone defects and nonunion.
