摘要
基于扎根理论,当前我国研究生教育区域结构存在着3大问题:区域间发展差异过大、与区域经济社会发展出现一定程度的不协调以及高层次人才培养不能够满足我国人才的地域性需求。合理的研究生教育区域结构是地区间研究生教育水平保持适度差异、与外部所在经济社会发展相协调并能够满足各地区高层次人才需求的区域结构。
Based on grounded theory, there are three problems in China's regional structure of graduate education at present: big different development among regions, inconsistence with regional economy and so- cial development, and high - level talents training cannot meet regional demand for talents. The reasonable re- gional structure of graduate education is that graduate educational level maintains appropriate difference among regions, consistent with the external economic and social development, and meets the needs of high - level talents for different regions.
