摘要
运用微波辐射法对PET纤维表面进行处理,测试了不同微波功率和不同微波时间下纤维样品的回潮率和断裂强度,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)分别对样品的形貌、分子结构、结晶度进行表征.结果表明:微波处理使得PET纤维表面被刻蚀而变得粗糙;纤维表面增加了极性基团-OH和-COOH;微波处理前后的PET纤维的结晶度从34.4%下降到30.2%.
The surface of PET fiber was treated by the method of microwave irradiation.The moisture regain and the breaking strength of samples with different microwave power and microwave time were measured.The morphologies of samples were observed by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),the molecular structures were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometry(FT-IR),and the crystallinity of samples were determined through Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC).The results show that the surface of PET fibers is etched to be rough after microwave irradiation with the increase of active groups-OH and-COOH.In addition,the degree of crystallinity of PET fiber is decreased from 34.4% to 30.2%.
