漳州血柚皮总黄酮的提取工艺研究 被引量:15

摘要 采用热浸提法提取漳州血柚皮中的总黄酮,以硝酸铝显色法测定总黄酮提取率。分别对提取温度、料液比、乙醇浓度、提取时间进行单因素和正交试验,并通过极差、方差分析对提取过程中显著影响提取率的因素进行统计分析。结果表明乙醇提取法的最佳工艺条件为:提取温度65℃,料液比1∶30,乙醇浓度55%,提取时间2.5 h,该工艺条件下血柚皮总黄酮的提取率为1.32%。 The totat flavonoids from blood pummelo peel was carried out in the hot water extraction, and the Extraction yield was measured by coloration method with aluminum nitrate. The effects of parameters including ethanol concentration, material-to-liquid ratio, temperature and extraction time on extraction yield were investigated by single factor test and orthogonal array design methods. And the notability difference was analyzed with the statistic method of range and variance. Results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows: the temperature of extraction was 65℃ , the ratio of material to liquid was 1:30, the concentration of ethanol was 55% and the extraction time was 2.5h. The extraction yield of the total flavonoids from blood pummelo peel was reached up to 1.32%.
