摘要 通过对比试验研究了不同装烟方式对烤烟烘烤能耗和烟叶品质的影响。结果表明:与常规装烟方式相比,叠层装烟方式提高了装烟密度,每千克干烟耗电量降低了0.020~0.035 kW.h,耗煤量降低了0.10~0.24 kg,且烤后烟叶的评吸总得分均有所提高;两种装烟方式烤后烟叶的等级比例和常规化学成分含量差异不明显。 In order to investigate the effect of different tobacco - loading methods on energy consumption and tobacco quality ( electricity and coal consumption, proportion of tobacco grading, chemical constitutions and smoking quality) during the tobacco curing, the experiment of loading tobacco leaf was conducted with traditional loading and mezzo loading. The results showed that mezzo loading decreased electricity and coal consumption by 0. 020-0.035 kW· h and 0.10-0.24 kg per kg respectively during curing through increasing tobacco - loading density. The smoking quality score of mezzoly - loaded tobacco leaves was higher than that of traditionally - loaded tobacco leaves after curing. In addition, the difference of chemical constitutions and tobacco grading between these two different methods of loading was inconspicuous.
