老年无症状性脑梗死患者认知功能障碍与血浆同型半胱氨酸、超敏C-反应蛋白水平的相关性 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平与无症状性脑梗死(silent brain infarction,SBI)患者认知功能障碍程度的相关性。方法选择SBI患者76例作为SBI组,76例慢性脑供血不足患者为对照组,入院后进行血HCY、hs-CRP测定。认知功能障碍采用中文版蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MOCA)测定。结果 SBI组患者认知功能障碍发生率为52.6%(40/76),明显高于对照组的31.6%(24/76)(P<0.01);SBI组HCY、hs-CRP含量均高于对照组(均P<0.05);血HCY、hs-CRP含量与MOCA评分呈负相关(P<0.05);SBI组患者血HCY与血hs-CRP无明显直线相关(P>0.05)。结论血HCY、hs-CRP含量与MOCA评分呈负相关;血HCY及hs-CRP可能是影响SBI患者认知功能的2个相互独立的因素。
