摘要
以某车用永磁同步驱动电机为研究对象,采用Ansoft软件建立其二维电磁模型,对电机的气隙磁密时间分布和空间分布进行仿真,计算得到电机的径向电磁力波.通过对气隙磁密时间分布、空间分布和径向电磁力波进行谐波分析,把握其随转速和负载变化的规律,为电机的振动和噪声分析打下基础.
Permanent magnet synchronous drive motor for motor vehicle was studied in this paper.Ansoft was used to build two-dimensional model of the motor,simulated the motor air gap flux density time distribution and spatial distribution,and calculated motor radial electromagnetic force.Through the harmonic analysis of the time and spatial distribution of the flux density and radial electromagnetic force wave,their law with the speed and load changes were determined to lay the foundation for the vibration and noise analysis of the motor.
