摘要 为了提高硅酮结构密封胶力学性能以解决了其建筑功能和安全方面存在的问题,将四针状氧化锌晶须与硅酮结构密封胶复合.通过测量拉伸粘结强度和邵氏硬度,研究了四针状氧化锌晶须(ZnOw)含量变化对硅酮结构密封胶力学性能的影响.结果表明:ZnOw的含量为0.5%时力学性能最佳,拉伸粘结强度为1.04 Mpa,伸长率为192%,邵氏硬度为54. The mechanical properties of silicone structural sealant was Improved to solve its architectural function and the safety problems.Four-needle-like zinc oxide whisker was combined with silicone structural sealant.The tensile bond strength and Rockwell hardness were measured to study the mechanical properties of silicone structural sealant.The results indicated that mechanical properties of 0.5wt% ZnOw-silicone structural sealant were the best,whose tensile bond strength was 1.04Mpa percentage,elongation was 192 % and Rockwell hardness was 54.
