摘要
根据电动汽车驱动电机的特点,为满足电动汽车的低速爬坡和启动加速能力的要求,提高电动汽车的一次充电续行里程,提出了一种应用绕组换接的方法,结合小功率外转子永磁无刷直流电动机实例,设计了一台电动汽车用高效轮毂式永磁无刷直流电动机,并通过试验验证和分析了其方法应用在电动汽车上的可行性和正确性。
Based upon the features of motor used as driving element in the electric vehicle(EV), a kind of high efficiency and exterior-rotor permanent magnet brushless DC motor was put forward, to improve the capability of acceleration and up-grade hill of electric vehicle,and to ierease the one-charge mileage when keep the inverter volume constant. Taking a small-power brushless exterior-rotor DC motor as prototype, application winding switching of the principle,to design an exterior-rotor used as driving element in the electric vehicle the possibility of its application into the electric vehicle was analyzed. The effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed control method is verified by experiment.
