摘要
针对江苏省沿海地区条子泥匡围工程开发项目中的无公害生态养殖,在考虑投资风险的前提下,基于多目标决策的理论,建立多目标非线性规划数学模型,并采用LINGO程序与序贯算法,对条子泥一期匡围工程开发目标选取优先因子。综合考虑当地的自然、社会、经济状况,从多个目标中筛选出6个优先级11个目标的目标体系,并依次分解为单目标模型后建模求解。计算结果表明,该方法通过对不同水产品种及养殖面积所获得的综合效益进行比较,从而达到优化水产养殖品种及面积,获得最佳综合效益的目的。
In the light of pollution-free cultivation of marine and freshwater fishes of the Tiaozini reclamation project layout of coastal area of Jiangsu proceince. A multi-objective nonlinear programming model is established based on investment risks and the theory of multi-objective decisions. With the application of LINGO and sequential algorithm, priority factors of the Tiaozini first-phase reclamation project are chosen, afterwards the established model is decomposed into several single-objective models and solved in the same way of single-objective model. The results show that by adopting the methods in this paper, the cultivation species and areas are optimized, and the optimum multiple benefits can be obtained.
