新制度产权理论在中国的研究与应用状况分析

Current Situation of the Research and Application of New Institutional Property-Right Theory in China

新制度产权理论在中国的研究与应用采用了三种方式:一是对原理论的引介与解读;二是用其分析国有企业改革;三是结合中国改革实践进行产权理论创新。中国学者对新制度产权理论的研究与应用中存在的问题有:从经济人假设出发对国有企业性质和功能定位不准确;忽视制度环境的影响及制度绩效的动态性特点;关注制度的经济绩效,忽视了其公平绩效或政治与社会绩效。

Research and application of new institutional property-right theory in China is carried out in three ways：introduction and interpretation of the original theory,application into the analysis of the reform of state-owned enterprises,and theoretical innovation property rights in combination with China＇s reform and practice.In Chinese scholars＇ research and application,there are several problems,that is,defining inaccurately the quality and function of state-run enterprises starting with economic assumptions,neglecting influences of institutional environments and dynamism of institutional performances,highlighting institutionally economic performances rather than fair performances or political and social performances.
