A Study of Innovative Social Management Mechanism and Construction of Harmonious Social Ecology in Hebei Province

处在现代转型阶段的中国,不对社会管理面临的问题进行系统分析,就会面临巨大风险。目前,加强社会建设,推进社会管理机制创新尤为重要。河北省地处京畿要地,社会问题更容易引发国家层面的不稳定,同时在社会管理机制的运行中也存在诸多问题。必须正视这些问题,并采取有力措施,通过创新社会管理机制,构建和谐的社会生态,才能破解社会问题、矛盾,实现社会公平正义与稳定。

During the stage of modem transformation, China will face great danger without assessment of issues in social management. Currently, it is particularly important to enhance social construction and promote innovation of the social management mechanism. Hebei Province is located in the Capital areas, with its social problems easily leading to national instability. Meanwhile, social management mechanism is challenging, too. Therefore, we must take these problems seriously, and adopt effective measures to establish harmonious social ecology by innovating social management mechanism so that social problems and contradictions can be settled and social equality, justice, and stability can be achieved.
