高校服务、管理与教学在人才培养中的联动机制研究

在大众化教育阶段,加强高校服务、管理与教学之间的联动,培养高素质复合型人才,是落实科学发展观的需要,也是改革人才培养模式的要求。强化以学生为本的理念,彰显服务育人的思想,是完善高校服务、管理与教学在人才培养中联动机制的指导思想。提高育人人员素养,建立健全决策制度,完善评价监督机制,建设数字校园环境,则是进一步完善这一联动机制的有效策略。

During the stage of popular education,strengthening the cooperation of service,management and teaching of universities to train high-quality compound talents is the requirement for both implementation of the scientific concept of development and the reform of talent training mode.To enhance the student-centered concept and highlight educational service for talent training is a guideline to improve the cooperative mechanism of the service,management and teaching of universities for talent training.Effective measures to improve this cooperative mechanism include staff＇s higher quality,healthy decision-making systems,perfect assessment and supervision mechanisms,digital campus environments,etc.
