摘要
目的研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化金钱草中总黄酮的最佳工艺条件及参数。方法以各种浓度梯度的乙醇洗脱后,以紫外分光光度法测定金钱草中总黄酮的含量为指标。结果实验条件下,采用HPD400型大孔吸附树脂进行吸附,纯化水冲洗,然后用50%乙醇1.5 BV洗脱,经大孔树脂处理后得到总黄酮纯度可达70.6%。结论 HPD400大孔树脂能较好的用于分离纯化金钱草中总黄酮。
Objective To explore the optimal condition for purifying total flavonoids fron Christina loosestrife with macroporous resin. Methods Concentration gradient elution of ethanol was used and the content of total flavonoids in Christina loosestrife was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The purity of total flavonoids can be up to 70.6% under the con- ditions that HPIM00 type of macroporous resin was used as absorption agent, purified water was used to rinse and 50% ethanol 1. 5 BV was used as elution agent. Conclusion It was feasible to isolation and purification of total flavonoids fron christina loose strife with HPD400 resin.
