盆炎消凝胶中赤芍、连翘等药材的提取工艺

Technique for extracting of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Forsythia suspensa Vahl and other herbs in Penyanxiao Gel

目的探讨盆炎消凝胶处方中合并提取赤芍、连翘等药材的最佳条件。方法采用正交设计,以芍药苷和连翘苷为指标,优选水提工艺。结果提取次数和提取时间都显著影响有效成分的提取率,最佳工艺条件为:8倍量水,提取2次,每次1.5 h。结论通过正交设计实验优选的提取工艺条件稳定、可行。

Objective To investigate a reasonable producting technique for extracting of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Forsythia suspensa Vahl and other herbs. Methods Orthogonal test was adopted with paeoniflorin and forsythin as index to optimize the technique of the water - extraction. Results The extraction times and time had a highly remarkable influence on the extracting ratio of Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Forsythia suspensa Vahl and other herbs. The best extraction technologies were ：8 folds of wa- ter, extracting for 2 times, 1.5 h for each time. Conclusion The optimized process which was optimized by orthogonal test was feasible for the extraction.
