Performance Evaluation of Entrepreneurial Investment of High and New Technology Enterprises

高新技术企业创业投资面临着成本的不可逆性和技术市场的不确定性,从企业竞争与发展的角度出发,对其绩效进行客观评价是一项极为复杂的系统工程。在层次分析法(AHP)的基础上构建了一个两阶段的高新技术企业创业投资创新绩效的评价模型,该模型综合数据包络法(DEA)和AHP的优点,消除了人为主观的影响,实现了对创新绩效的客观评价。另以某高新技术企业为例,进一步检验了绩效评价指标统一性和有效性。

The high and new technology enterprises may encounter the cost irreversibility and technical market uncertainty in their entrepreneurial investment. From the perspective of the entrepreneurial competition and development, the objective performance evaluation of these en- terprises is an extremely complex systematical task. This article has constructed the two-stage evaluation model of entrepreneurial investment and innovation performance for high and new tech enterprises based on the AHP. The model synthesizes the merits of DEA and AHP, elimi- nates the artificial subjective influence and evaluates objectively the innovation performance. Finally, it constructs the performance evaluation index system and takes a new and high techenterprise as an example to examine the unity and validity of this method.
