中国稀土产业科学发展的思考

Reflections on Scientific Development of China's Rare Earth Industry

当前,我国稀土资源产业处在升级转型的关键时期,迫切需要解决升级转型中存在的各种问题,以形成集约式发展、合理性开发、创新研发、高效利用的稀土行业及其持续、健康、科学发展的格局。对我国稀土资源产业出现的问题提出一些建议,以保障我国稀土产业健康有序发展。

At present, China＇s rare earth resources industry is in a critical period of upgrading and there is urgent need to address the problems existing in it in order to form the scientific de- velopment of China＇ s rare earth industry with features of intensive development, reasonable development, innovation, and the efficient use of rare earth industry and to attain the goal of sustainable, healthy scientific developmental pattern. This article advances some suggestions for addressing the problems in China＇s rare earth resources industry in order to ensure the healthy and orderly scientific development of the rare earth resources.
