摘要
我国劳动人事法律制度的更新和发展将对国有企业的劳动关系管理带来多方面的深远影响,包括企业现有的管理方式、劳动规章制度、用工模式、人工成本及劳动合同管理等。要从国有企业制定规章制度、员工招聘和录用程序、企业劳动合同文本的完善、企业劳务派遣策略、劳动人事纠纷的处理等四个方面制定国有企业防范劳动人事法律风险的对策,以期为国有企业预防和应对劳动争议,控制和化解法律风险提供参考。
The development ad renewal of laws and regulations of labor personnel system in China have brought profound in- fluence on enterprises' labor personnel management, which includes present management mode, labor regulations, employment mode, labor cost as well as management of labor contract. This article intends to put forward solutions to prevent legal risk of la- bor personnel management based on labor regulations made by enterprise, employment procodures, and strategy of labor manage- ment as well as settlement of labor dispute.
