枸骨叶中熊果酸的提取工艺研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究枸骨叶中熊果酸的最佳提取工艺条件。在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验设计法,选择乙醇浓度(A)、固液比(B)、提取时间(C)为因素,每因素各取三水平,按L_9(3~4)正交表进行实验。结果表明:影响提取效果各因素为乙醇浓度〉提取时间〉固液比。其最优提取工艺条件为用8.5倍量φ=95%乙醇,于80℃加热回流提取2次,第一次2h,第二次1.5h。 To study the best extraction process of ursolic acid in leaves of Ilex cornuta.Based on the single-factor test,experiment was carried out according to L9(34) orthogonal table by orthogonal experimental design method,selecting the ethanol concentration(A),solid-liquid ratio(B),extraction time(C) as factors,three levels for each factor.The results showed that the factors affecting the extraction were ethanol concentration extraction time solid-liquid ratio.The optimum extraction conditions were that heating reflux extraction were done for two times using 8.5 times the amount of φ = 95% ethanol at 80 ℃,2 h for the first,1.5 h for the second.
