摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下应用超声刀精索静脉高位结扎术的临床疗效。方法腹腔镜超声刀手术组53例,传统丝线结扎手术组62例,比较2种手术方式的疗效。结果两小组手术时间分别为(20±4.6)和(29±6.5)min;住院时间分别为(4.5±1.8)和(7.2±2.3)d;住院费用(4035.5±350.8)和(2560.6±306.4)元;结论腹腔镜下应用超声刀精索静脉高位结扎术与传统丝线结扎手术相比,前者手术时间和住院时间短,并发症少,该术式有望成为治疗原发精索静脉曲张重要手术方法之一。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic high ligation with CUSA in spermatic vein. Methods： Laparoscopic operation was used for 53 cases and traditional operation was applied for 62 cases, and their efficacy was compared. Results： The operation time of two groups are （20 ± 4.6） and （29 ± 6.5） minutes, respectively, LOS is （4.5 ± 1.8） and （7.2 ± 2.3） days. Expenses are （4035.5 ± 350.8） and （2560.6 ± 306.4） yuan. Conclusion： Comparing with the traditional operation, the efficacy of laparoscopic high ligation in curing primary varicocele is better. The operation time and LOS is shorter and complications are less. Anyway, it is likely to be one of the important operations in curing primary varicocele.
