摘要
以4个淮山药品种为试材,研究了不同生根剂对淮山药扦插生根效果的影响。结果表明:4个品种中以"桂淮2号"扦插苗的地上部分和地下部分生长情况较好,其次为"桂淮5号",以"北淮"的生根、生长情况最差;3种生根剂对各品种的生根情况各异,"桂淮2号"和"北淮"以放心牌促根壮苗剂处理较好,"桂淮5号"以强力牌生根粉处理为好,"铁棍淮山"以G.A-6生根壮苗剂或强力牌生根粉处理均可。因此,在实际生产中,建议根据不同品种采用不同的生根剂进行处理。
With 4 different varieties of Dioscorea opposita Thumb as materials,different rooting agent on different varieties of yam cuttings rooting effect were tested.The results showed that was ＇Guihuai 2＇ cutting seedlings of ground and underground part grew well,followed by was ＇Guihuai 5＇＇Beihuai＇s root growth was the worst;3 rooting agent on varieties of rooting condition were different,root seedling agent of ＇Fangxin＇ had better effect on ＇Guihuai 5＇ and ＇Beihuai＇,rooting power of ＇Qiangli＇ had better effect on ＇Guihuai 5＇,＇Tiegun Huaishan＇ could be treated by ＇Qiangli＇ and root seedling agent ＇G.A-6＇.Therefone,in the actual processing,different varieties using different rooting agent were suggested.
