摘要
为了解除野生防风种子的休眠、提高发芽能力,利用不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)对当年采集的防风种子进行处理。结果表明:赤霉素浸种可提高防风种子发芽整齐程度和发芽率,用浓度为500和400mg/L赤霉素浸泡24h的种子发芽率分别较对照提高了27.85%和26.29%,发芽势分别较对照提高了63.86%和64.02%;浓度为500、400、300、200和100mg/L赤霉素浸种36h的发芽率分别较对照提高了22.45%、22.34%、23.79%、12.30%和5.17%,发芽势分别较对照提高了43.34%、45.89%、40.69%、38.32%和32.04%。赤霉素浸种24h的条件下,浓度以400g/L为宜,浸种36h的条件下,浓度以300mg/L为宜。
In order to relieve wild seed dormancy of Saposhnikovia Divaricata and to improve the germination capacity, different concentrations of gibberellin(GA3 ) were selected to treat the seeds. The results showed that gibberellin could improve the germination rate and germinating performance of the wild Saposhnikovia Divaricata seeds. Soaked in 500 mg/L and 400 mg/L GA3 for 24 h, the seed germination rate increased 27. 85% and 26. 29% than the control,and gerrninability increased 63. 86% and 64. 02% respectively; treated with 500 mg/L,400 mg/L,300 mg/L, 200 mg/L and 100 mg/L GA3 for 36 h,the seed germination rate increased 22. 45% ,22. 34% ,23. 79G ,12. 30% and 5. 17% respectively than the control,and germinability increased 43. 34% ,45. 89% ,40. 69%,38. 32% and 32. 04% respectively. Seed soaking time should more than 24 h,the suitable concentration was 400 mg/L;if soaked 36 h,the concentration was 300 mg/L.
