桑叶黄酮的提取工艺及药理功效研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 黄酮是桑叶中的主要活性成分之一。阐述了桑叶黄酮的提取方法,包括超声波法、微波萃取法、超声-微波协同提取法和浸提法;对桑叶黄酮降血糖、降血脂和抗氧化等药理作用的最新研究进展进行了简要总结,并展望了今后的研究方向。 Flavonoids are the main active ingredient in mulberry leaves.The recent extraction technology of flavonoids from mulberry leaves including the ultrasonic-assisted extraction,microwave-assisted extraction,ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction and ethanol extraction were reviewed.The recent pharmacological function such as bringing down blood sugar,lipid-regulation function and antioxidant activity were summarized,and the future research direction was also discussed.
