浅析民办高职院校就业指导课程的改革

高校就业指导工作是高等学校教育工作的重要组成部分,也是高等学校的一项基础性工作。高校就业指导工作的质量直接关系到学生的成长和成才,直接体现高校的办学质量和效益。目前我国高职院校在大学生就业指导课程教学中,虽然取得了一定的成绩,但是依然存在不少的问题。想要较好地解决当前高校就业指导课教学中存在的问题,必须由学校和教师双方面共同努力,才能达到加强就业指导队伍建设、课程建设和教材建设,改进教学方法、提高教学效果的目的。

Colleges and universities employment guidance is an important part of the work of higher education,as well as a basic work of colleges and universities.The quality of the university＇s employment guidance is directly related to the growth and cultivation of the students,and directly reflects the running of the educational quality and efficiency of colleges and universities.Still,there exist lots of problems though we have made certain achievements in the teaching of undergraduate employment guidance of China＇s vocational colleges at present.If we want to solve the current problems in teaching of the university career guidance much better,efforts must be concerted from both sides in schools and teachers in order to achieve these goals：the building of career guidance team,the building of curriculum and textbook,the improvement of teaching methods and the improvement of teaching effectiveness.
