中国黄芪专利分析与研究

Analysis and Research on Patent Technology of Radix Astragall in China

目的揭示我国黄芪专利的基本现状和主要特点,为今后黄芪专利的研究与申请提供参考。方法以我国目前已公开发布的黄芪专利为研究样本,对专利的文献学特征进行统计与分析。结果我国黄芪专利产出量较高,但逐年增幅不明显,发明专利以职务发明为主;专利申请人主要包括公司(企业)、个人、高校、科研院所、医院;专利方向主要集中在"组合物、药剂的制备方法"、"产品新用途及应用"、"加工、有效成分的提取方法"等领域。结论我国黄芪专利的创新性有一定的基础,但专利研究的趋势缓慢,专利产出的质量以及与生产的联系有待提高。

Objective By revealing current situation and main features of patent technology of Radix Astragall in China,to provide some references for future research and application of Radix Astragall patent.Methods With published patent of Radix Astragall as study sample,the bibliometrics characteristics of the patents were statistically analyzed.Results The number of Radix Astragall patent in China is high,but the annual rate of growth is low.The invention patent is mainly service invention.The patent applicants mainly include individuals,companies（enterprises）,colleges or universities,technology research institutes,hospital,etc.The orientation of patent is mostly focused on the fields of ＂preparation method of composition medicament＂,＂new usage and application＂ and ＂process,the extract method of effective ingrediet＂.Conclusion Although there is certain foundation for the creation work of Radix Astragall patent,the growth of the patent research is slow,the qulity of the patent remains to be improved,the research and development of the patent technology in the field of production practice also need some improvement.
