摘要
以乙氧基镁为载体,四氯化钛和三乙基铝为组分,制备了PEM高效催化剂。分别采用PEM催化剂和德国Basell公司生产的THB催化剂,在中试装置上以淤浆法制备了氯化聚乙烯专用树脂高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)。结果表明,PEM催化剂的活性约为THB催化剂的10倍;由前者制备的HDPE专用树脂堆密度较后者高,达到约0.41 g/cm3,且试样性能达到Q/SY 1352—2010标准。在氯化聚乙烯生产装置上,分别以PEM催化剂和THB催化剂生产的氯化聚乙烯专用树脂HDPE以及韩国LG公司的6040为原料,在氯化工艺基本相同的条件下,制备的氯化聚乙烯产品性质相似。
The high efficiency catalyst PEM was prepared with Mg(OEt) 2 as carrier,TiC14 and trieth- yl aluminum (TEA) as components. Special HDPE resins for chlorinated polyethylene were produced using catalysts PEM and THB (made by Basell com- pany of German) respectively, in a pilot unit by slurry polymerization process. The results showed that the activity of PEM was about 10 times of that of THB. The bulk density of special HDPE resin synthesized with PEM was higher than that with THB and reached 0.41 g/cm3. And the property of the sample could meet standard Q/SY 1352--2010. In a production unit, under the same process conditions, the chlorinated polyethylene was produced with PEM based HDPE, THB based HDPE and 6040 HDPE Company, South Korea) as raw materials respectively, and obtained were the properties of the three products basically the same.
