Work Package flood propagation was devoted to the advancement of the scientific knowledge and under- standing, and to the development of predictive tools in the area of simulation of catastrophic inundation of valleys and ur- ban areas following the failure of a control structure. Based on laboratory experiments and case study, the research on modeling was carried out and main conclusions and recommendations were presented, for reference.
