摘要
甜(辣)椒病毒病主要是由烟草花叶病毒(TMV)和黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)引起的,培育具有复合抗性的优良品种是防治甜(辣)椒病毒病最经济、有效且安全的方法。抗(耐)病毒病种质资源的筛选和评价是培育抗病新品种的首要任务,而快速准确的抗病性鉴定方法是筛选抗源、评价育种材料和品种抗病性乃至抗病育种的关键环节,因此,建立1个经济适用的病毒病室内接种鉴定技术具有十分重要的意义。以甜(辣)椒CMV和TMV为病毒病毒源,研究确立了甜(辣)椒品种(系)病毒病室内接种鉴定技术。结果表明:CMV适宜接种浓度为5~10倍,最佳接种苗龄为5~6叶期;TMV适宜接种浓度为20~30倍,最佳接种苗龄为3~6叶期。甜(辣)椒品种(系)病毒病室内接种鉴定方法应主要采用单一接种技术;也可采用复合接种鉴定技术,应先接种CMV再接种TMV,混合接种鉴定技术应2种病毒按1∶1混合进行;复合接种、混合接种等鉴定技术必须建立在单一接种鉴定技术的基础上。本研究为甜(辣)椒品种(系)病毒病室内接种的规范化提供了科学依据,利用该方法鉴定筛选出抗病材料AB91-W22-49176、AB91-W22-48123、AB91-DL-6428、HY031-2-8-1-6、BYT-4-1-3-6-8、JFG-2-1-2-6、JF8S-1-1-5-4-8和T502-1-1-3-5。
Sweet(hot) pepper virus disease is mainly induced by Tobacco Mosaic Virus(TMV) and Cucumber Mosaic Virus(CMV).Cultivating varieties with complex resistance to sweet(hot) pepper virus is the most economical,effective and safe method to solve this problem.Selection and evaluation of resistant(tolerant) germ plasm resources is the primary task,while fast and accurate identification method is the key of screening disease resistance and evaluating breeding materials.Taking CMV and TMV of sweet(hot) pepper as materials,this research developed an affordable indoor virus inoculation and identification technology.The results showed that suitable CMV inoculation concentration was 5 to 10 times,and the best inoculation age of seedling was 5 to 6 leaves.Suitable TMV inoculation concentration was 20 to 30 times,and the best inoculation age of seedling was 3 to 6 leaves.Single inoculation technology was mainly used.Complex inoculation technology could also achieve,by inoculating firstly CMV,then TMV.For mixed inoculation technology,CMV:TMV should be 1:1.Complex inoculation and mix inoculation should base on the technology of single inoculation.This research provided scientific basis for indoor inoculation standardization of sweet(hot) pepper virus.Disease resistant materials AB91-W2249176、AB91-W22-48123、AB91-DL-6428、HY031-2-8-1-6、BYT-4-1-3-6-8、JFG-2-1-2-6、JF8S-1-1-5-4-8 and T502-1-1-3-5 were identified by this method.
