摘要
媒体监督对司法公正而言无异于一柄"双刃剑"。司法公开需要媒体监督的参与,媒体的不当介入极易侵犯司法独立性,损害司法公正的实现。妥善调和两者之间的关系,实现司法与媒体的良性互动,对保障司法公正具有重要意义。
It is a double-edged sword of media supervising judicial justice. Judicial publicity needs the participation of media supervision. However,improper intervention of public media can easily violate the independence of judicature and hurt the achievement of judicial justice. It is of great significance to protect judicial justice by keeping balance of the relationship of public media and judicature,thus achieving the good interaction of the two.
