摘要
随着中国经济的快速发展和融入世界,中国必然在其文化战略与传播策略上作出重要选择;中国文化在其走出去的总战略下,它的传播策略必然是借助英语这一媒介,在世界范围内广泛传播。这一文化的传播者必须具有开阔的国际视野和清晰的中国视角、系统的中国文化知识、相关学科知识以及对外国文化比较透彻的了解和把握。在文化传播过程中,传播者一定要严格区分基本文化事实和学术问题,以提高文化传播的质量、准确性和可信性。
With her rapid economic development and integration with the world,China will inevitably make an important decision about her culture strategy and transmission tactics. Under her overall culture strategy of worldwide transmission,China must employ English language as the transmission medium. People involved in the culture transmission should have a broad international perspective and China position,systematic knowledge of Chinese culture and related fields of learning,as well as a good command of foreign countries and cultures. In the process of transmitting Chinese culture,two questions, basic cultural facts and academic questions,must be strictly differentiated in order to improve the quality, accuracy and credibility of the cuhural knowledge transmitted.
