摘要
通过采用听取汇报、查阅档案与问卷调查的调研形式,抽取江北区25所中小学、幼儿园开展校本研训的整体情况进行调研,发现校本研训开展有计划并逐步制度化;校本研训形式多样,体现分层渐进;但教师存在教学研究及论文撰写等专业能力显著不足,迫切需要学生心理辅导、教学研究及论文写作等方面培训。
The survey of school-based research and training in 25 kindergartens and primary and secondary schools has been made by studying reports, documentaries and questionnaire. The survey has found the school-based research and training is being implemented as planned and instituted, that it is varied leveled, that teachers lack professional abilities such as teaching research and paper writing and that they are in a urgent need of training in students' psychological consultancy, research doing and thesis writing.
