摘要
伴随高校的逐年扩招,出现了大学生"毕业即失业"的怪象,大学生就业问题也随之凸显。如何提高大学生就业难问题,不但关系到大学生的自身利益,更关系到了社会的和谐稳定。本文从大学生就业现状着手分析,分别从社会因素、教育因素及大学生自身因素这三个维度,揭示出大学生就业困难的成因,并提出相应的解决策略。
As a result of consecutive enrollment expansion in university and college,there has been such abnormal phenomenon that students become unemployed upon their graduation,thus their job trouble is getting more prominent.Solution to this matter will do good to students themselves as well as social harmony and stability.This paper analyzes the current situation of college graduate' employment,and endeavors to dig out causes to this issue from society,education and students personally.The paper finally proposes some countermeasures to address the problem.
