以公平视角审视公共图书馆的若干问题

摘要 以人为本,为社会成员提供公平服务是现代图书馆的核心价值理念。如何从公平视角研究图书馆的服务水平,是图书馆界值得关注的问题。本文从图书馆应该承担的社会责任、社会公众如何获取图书信息以及怎样实现地区间公共信息公平等几个角度做了相应的探讨。
