国医大师周仲瑛治疗糖尿病肾病经验

Study on clinical experience of Chinese medicine great master ZHOU Zhong-ying in treating diabetic nephropathy(DN)

周仲瑛教授从事中医临床、教学、科研60余载,学验俱丰,善于治疗各种疑难杂病。经过多年的临证与研究,他认为糖尿病肾病的病位主要在肾,涉及肝、脾(胃)、肺及心,久病入络,其主要病机在于肝肾不足、气阴两伤,瘀、热、湿、痰、燥既为其主要的病理因素,又是其病情迁延难愈的关键,病理性质为本虚标实,以肝肾亏虚、气阴两虚为本,瘀、热、湿、痰、燥等为标。治疗以益气养阴、补益肝肾为主,从湿热、燥热、瘀热、痰热分而治之,疗效显著。

Professor ZHOU Zhong-ying has been engaged in clinical treatment,teaching activities and scientific research for more than 60 years with rich learning and experience,and he is good at treating difficult miscellaneous diseases.After years of clinical activities and research,he has reached a conclusion that the location of the DN is mainly in kidney,involving the liver,spleen（stomach）,lungs and heart,while chronic diseases transforming to collaterals.The dominating pathogenesis of DN is insufficient of liver and kidney and deficiency of both Qi and Yin.Blood stasis,heat,dampness,phlegm and dryness are the chief pathogenic factors,and they are also the key of the disease refractory.Pathological nature normally belongs to fundamental deficiency and syndrome excess.Fundamental deficiency means insufficient of liver and kidney and deficiency of both Qi and Yin,while syndrome excess includes blood stasis,heat,dampness,phlegm and dryness.The principle of treating DN mainly depends on supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,reinforcing liver and kidney,then treating dryness-heat,dampness-heat,blood stasis-heat,phlegm-heat respectively,and has acquired satisfactory effects.
