染料木黄酮治疗绝经期女性中重度干眼临床初探

First clinical exploration of genistein on middle and severe dry eye of menopause female

目的:研究染料木黄酮治疗绝经期女性中重度干眼的临床效果。方法:72例中重度干眼绝经期女性患者使用染料木黄酮加用羟糖甘滴眼液滴眼治疗;分别在治疗前和治疗后3、7、28d各时间点检测并评定患者干眼主观症状、视力、泪膜情况,治疗前后均进行方差分析和样本均数或中位数差值分析。结果:治疗28d后,患者的样本均数差值[1.16(视疲劳)、1.33(干涩感)、0.82(异物感)、1.36(烧灼感)、1.16(畏光)、1.52(疼痛)、1.54(眼红)]均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。患者的各检测指标样本中位数差值[0.30(视力)、5.00(Fl染色)、5.00(泪膜破裂时间)、5.00(基础泪液分液实验)]均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:染料木黄酮可明显减轻中重度绝经期干眼女性的症状和体征,具有一定的临床意义。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of isoflavone on middle and severe dry eye of menopause female.Methods： 72 patients diagnosed xerophthalmia of menopause female underwent the treatment with isoflavone and forte eye drops.All patients had been detected and evaluated the subjective symptoms of xerophthalmia,vision and tear film condition at pretherapy and 3,7,28d of post-therapy.The variance analysis,sample mean difference（SMD） or median difference（MD） were compared between pre-thempy and post-therapy.Results： The subjective symptoms,vision,Fl,BUT and SIT of middle and severe xerophthalmia of isoflavone group had improved significantly at 28d after therapy compared with those of pre-therapy： SMD=1.16（visual tiredness）,1.33（dry and unsmooth sensation）,0.82（foreign body sensation）,1.36（burning sensation）,1.16（photophobia）,1.52（pain）,1.54（red eye）（P0.05）;MD=0.30（visual acuity）,5.00（Fl）,5.00（BUT）,5.00（SIT）（P0.05）.Conclusion： Isoflavone could significantly improve middle and severe dry eye of menopause female.
