木香传统和潜在功用的考察分析

Inspection analysis of radix aucklandiae traditional and potential function

利用先前自建的《普济方》数据库管理系统,对中药木香跨病种检索,可以得到木香借助复方在所有疾病的分布情况,再与历代本草学和药典所记载的功能主治相比较,经过逻辑判断和统计分析,并结合现代药理学研究成果及数理统计方法,从而获取对木香传统和潜在功用的整体认识。本研究表明,木香治疗虚劳、呕吐、疮疡、诸肿、咳嗽、诸风等为其已经失传的潜在功用。如今木香侧重用于泄泻的治疗,古代临床虽有应用,但不占主导地位,木香业已失传的潜在功用,应当引起学术界的重视。

Based on the previous self-built Pujifang database management system,cross-disease retrieval of Chinese medicine radix aucklandiae,radix aucklandiae distributance condition with compound in all diseases was got.According to ancient herbal science and Chinese Pharmacopoeia,after the logic and statistical analysis,and combined with modern pharmacological research and mathematical statistics method,overall knowledge of the radix aucklandiae traditional and potential usefulness was gained.The present study demonstrated its therapeutic effect in consumptive,vomiting,sore all swollen,cough,various wind and all potential lost functions.Today radix aucklandiae focused on treatment for diarrhea,which had been recorded in ancient clinical books,but not dominant.The initial recognition of the potential function been lost nowdays,should arouse the attention of the academic community.
