浅议冠心病的现代中医病因体系

Discussion of the modern etiology system of coronary artery disease of traditional Chinese medicine

随着时代的变迁及社会的进步,冠心病"阳微阴弦"的中医病因病机具有了新的时代特征与现代内涵。通过梳理历代中医古籍对胸痹心痛病因的记载,并结合现代医学对冠心病病因及危险因素的认识,继承传统理论,吸收现代成果,进一步通过文献分析及专家咨询,尝试性提出并初步构建了包括自然因素、生活因素、情志因素、体质因素以及其它因素在内的冠心病现代中医病因体系,以期能够全面系统地展现现代冠心病中医病因学内容。

As the changes of times and the progress of society,the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） etiology of coronary artery disease（CAD） has the new characteristics and modern connotation.On the basis of the summary of TCM etiology in ancient Chinese medicine literatures and modern medical understanding for the etiology and risk factors of CAD,working hard on the inheritance of tradition theory and the absorption of modern achievement,furthermore,through the literature review and expert consultation,the author has initially builded the modern TCM etiology system of CAD,so as to comprehensively and systematically show the modern TCM etiology content of CAD.
