天麻素对多巴胺、硝酸甘油诱发的血管舒缩异常模型大鼠血流调节作用 被引量:16

摘要 目的:探讨天麻素对血管舒缩异常大鼠模型的血流调节作用。方法:大鼠分5组:溶媒组、多巴胺组、模型组、盐酸氟桂利嗪组、天麻素组,通过脉冲多普勒血流计对大鼠颈总动脉血流速度进行动态检测。结果:在血管舒缩异常模型两个阶段中,盐酸氟桂利嗪血流速度变化指数(BFVCI)与模型组在各时点相比无明显差别。在多巴胺阶段天麻素组BFVCI较模型组在4、5、7、8、9、10、35、40、45min等时间点有不同程度的上升(P<0.01,P<0.05),在硝酸甘油阶段天麻素组BFVCI较模型组在50-105min等时间点有不同程度的提高(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:天麻素在血管不同的舒缩状态下对血流速度有一定的调节作用,可能通过增加血流速度发挥抗偏头痛作用。 Objective: To explore gastrodin regulation on blood flow in rat of abnormal vasomotor model induced by dopamine(DA),nitroglycerin(GTN).Methods: Rats were divided into 5 groups: solvent group,dopamine group,model group,flunarizine hydrochloride group and gastrodin group,detected common carotid artery(CAA) blood flow velocity dynamically with pulsed Doppler flow probe.Results: In model group,blood flow velocity change index(BFVCI) had been changed both in DA and GTN stages.There were no statistically significant differences that Flunarizine hydrochloride BFVCI in comparison with the model group.In the phase of DA,there were varying degrees of increasing of gastrodin BFVCI at 4,5,7,8,9,10,35,40,and 45min time point than the model group(P0.01,P0.05).In GTN stage,compared with the model group,there were varying degrees of increasing of gastrodin BFVCI at 50-105min and such 12 time points(P0.01,P0.05).Conclusion: Gastrodin had some regulatory effects on blood flow velocity under different systolic and diastolic states,might play its anti-migraine role through increasing blood flow velocity.
