摘要
介绍桂林500kV串补站工程控制保护、故障录波及测量等电气二次系统的设计与实现,并阐述桂林串补站采用IEC 61850通讯规约与变电站内保护录波子站及远动通信设备互联及共用的接口和实现方式,同时也提到存在的问题及进一步改进的建议,以供其他串补工程借鉴和参考.
This paper introduces the design and implementation of electrical secondary system for the Guilin 500 kV fixed series compensation (FSC) project, including control and protection, fault recorder and measuring etc. The IEC 61850 protocol based interface and realization method about Guilin FSC station interconnected and shared with the relay protection subsystem, the fault information system and the tele-control communication device are illustrated. In addition, the relational question and improving method in design for project is proposed, which provides some references for other series compensation projects.
