生产准备工作是变电站顺利投产的基础和前提,针对当前变电站生产准备工作中存在问题,基于表单化管理的思路,提出并设计一套卓越有效的生产准备工作表单体系,建立与变电站生产准备工作相对应的表单管理模块和电子表单.同时,将信息化、动态化和PDCA闭环管理应用于工作体系的实施和监督流程,并通过实践验证,为提高中国变电站生产准备的水平提供指导和参考.

Starting work preparation is the basis and premise for substations finishing constrution and beginning operation smoothly. In order to solve the current existing problems of substation starting work, an effective preparation system based on forms management was proposed in this paper. The module of forms management and electronic forms relative to substation process preparation was established, and information technology, dynamic development and PDCA management theory were applied in implementation and monitoring processes of preparation system. Practical operation results showed that the proposed system and method provide guidance and reference to improve the level of substation starting work preparation.
