摘要 为满足大型公共建筑节能降耗的要求,研发一种高能效离心式冷水机组。相对传统离心式冷水机组,该机组主要有3个方面的技术特点:平面多级射流配液技术,增效两级压缩技术,多重防喘振技术。综合以上技术制造一台两级压缩离心式冷水机组样机,并按美国标准和国内行业标准进行型式试验。试验结果表明:采用带经济器的增效两级压缩技术和依靠降膜蒸发器自带布液器的均匀射流配液技术,使机组能效比提升6%~8%,多重防喘振技术能够保证机组的稳定运行。 In order to meet the requirements of large public buildings energy-saving,an high efficiency centrifugal chiller is developed.Compared with the traditional centrifugal chiller,this unit mainly has three technical characteristics:the plane direction of the liquid jet configuration technology,two stage compression technology to increase efficiency and multiple anti-surge techniques.Based on the above technologies,a two-stage compression centrifugal chiller prototype is manufactured,type tests are done in accordance with US standards and Chinese standards.The results show that,using two stage compression technology with the energy-saving device and the liquid jet configuration technology relying on the liquid distributor of falling film evaporator,the COP of the unit increases by 6% to 8%,and the multiple anti-surge technique effectively ensures the stable operation of the unit.
