Investigation of oil-return and oil-balance in modular VRF system

模块化多联机中同时存在多压缩机并联与多室外机并联的情况,因此压缩机、室外机间的回油、均油是影响模块机可靠性的一个关键问题。通过对系统循环的详细分析,综合各回油、均油技术的研究,特别是二级油分离技术及自适应回油均油技术,从根本上有效地解决模块机间的回油及均油问题,对于多联机的研究具有重要的意义。

Compressors parallel connection and outdoor units parallel connection are designed in the modular VRF system,therefore good oil-return and oil-balance characteristics between compressors and outdoor units are crucial to system.Based on synthesized research on refrigeration cycle and oil-return,the detailed study is done on 2-stage oil separating technology and auto-adaptive oil-return and oil-balance technology,which basically resolves the oil-return and oil-balance of the modular VRF system.Meanwhile it has important significance for the research of the multi-split unit.
