Research on New Fluorescent Whitening Agent BBU Dosage and its Compatibility With Auxiliaries

新荧光增白剂BBU广泛用于棉纤维、粘胶纤维的增白,根据现有的条件介绍新荧光增白剂BBU特点性能进行实验,探讨160×80,50×50平纹全棉丝光白布,在使用新荧光增白剂BBU用量与白度、色光、水洗牢度的变化关系,研究与现阶段使用酸、渗透剂的配伍性,为改善工艺提供依据。

The new fluorescent brightener BBU has widely been used in whitening of cotton fibers and viscose fibers. In this paper, based on existing conditions, characteristics of the new fluorescent brightener BBU were studied, effect of the new fluorescent brightener BBU dosage on whiteness, shade and fastness of 160 x 80, 50 x 50 plain weave cotton mercerized cloth was investigated, and compatibility of the new fluorescent brightener BBU with acid and penetrant was studied, which can provide the basis for process improvement.
