摘要
阐述了国内油井自动系统的研究状况和发展趋势;为了替代传统的油井计量方法,采用了翻斗式计量装置,消除了按体积法油中含气造成的假体积误差;介绍了计量装置的结构和工作原理,并对PLC进行程序的设计。针对油井自动计量系统,运用西门子S7-200PLC对油井自动计量系统进行数据采用和传输信号。采用了PLC控制器与工控机,通过PC/PPI电缆进行连接,能够实现自动选井与计量。这不仅克服了手动选井所带来的麻烦,同时也提高了工作效率。
Research status and development trend of domestic and foreign oil well automatic metering systems were summarized. In order to replace traditional oil well measurement method, the tipping bucket type metering device was used to eliminate volumetric errors of the volume method caused by gas in oil; structure and working principle of the device were introduced, and the PLC program was designed. According to the oil well automatic metering system, Siemens S7-200PLC was used to collect data and transfer signal for the oil well automatic metering system. PLC controller and industrial computer control system were used to realize automatic well selection and measurement, which not only can overcome the inconvenience of manual operation, but also improve the work efficiency.
