摘要 介绍中国石油某新建炼厂220万t/a蜡油加氢裂化装置的工程设计及开工运行情况,并结合工艺流程方案、工程设计技术特点对装置标定进行简要分析。标定结果表明工艺技术和工程设计是成功的,装置能耗达到国内先进水平。 The design and operation of 2.2 Mt/a HCU unit in a new refinery was introduced. Combined with the process scheme, engineering design and technical characteristics of unit, the performance test result was analyzed. The result indicates that the process technology and engineering design is successful, the energy consumption can reach domestic advanced level.
