从探究英国社会保障管理体制现状入手,寻找其特点并予以评价。认为英国的社会保障管理采用政府直接管理模式,设立专门的管理机构集中统一管理全国的社会保障事务,与我国民主集中制下的社会保障管理有一定的相似之处,我国应视国情加以比较借鉴,以完善我国的社会保障管理体制。

Starts with the analysis of present situation of social security management in England,its characteristics are summarized and evaluated.The mode of social security management in England is direct government management,of which special organizations are established to manage the social security affairs in the whole country in a centralized way.This has something in common with the mode in our country of democratic centralism.China could draw a lesson from that to perfect the management in our country.
