On Practice-Teaching Reform of Business Management Major in Independent Colleges

提出了以培养学生岗位能力为出发点的实践教学"三结合"模式,认为要以岗位技能要求来指导实践教学,构建独立学院工商管理专业的实践教学体系,加大实践教学的比例,以有利于培养学生的动手能力、分析问题解决问题的能力和相应的岗位技能。

A new practice,teaching pattern,is proposed to cultivate students＇ professional competency.It proposes to use the job skill requirements to guide the practice of teaching;construct a practice-teaching system of business management major in independent colleges;and increase the proportion of practice teaching to develop students＇ practical ability,the ability to analyze and solve problems and appropriate job skills.
