Gli1蛋白在喉癌组织中的表达与临床病理因素及PCNA表达之间的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨神经胶质瘤致病基因1(Glioma-associated oncogene homolog 1,Gli1)蛋白在喉癌组织中的表达与喉癌临床病理因素及增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)表达之间的关系,为喉癌的诊断和治疗提供新思路。方法采用免疫组化法检测Gli1蛋白和PCNA在40例喉癌组织中的表达情况,对Gli1蛋白在喉癌组织中的表达与临床病理因素及PCNA表达之间的关系进行统计学分析。结果Gli 1蛋白在喉癌组织中表达阳性率为1 0 0%。其表达与喉癌患者年龄(P=0.5 7 2)、性别(P=0.8 3 7)、肿瘤生长部位(P=0.9 4 7)、肿瘤T分级(P=0.5 6 0)无相关性。而与病理分级(P=0.000)、有无淋巴结转移(P=0.001)有关。PCNA在喉癌组织中呈巢状、局灶状或呈片状分布,相关分析显示Gli1蛋白的表达与PCNA阳性表达呈明显正相关。结论 Gli1蛋白通过促进肿瘤增殖活性,在喉鳞癌发生、发展中有重要作用。 Objective To study the correlation of the expression of Gli 1 and clinicopathological parameters as well as the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen ( PCNA ) in laryngeal squamous cell carcinomas ( LSCC ) so as to provide a new diagnostic and therapeutic target in LSCC. Methods Immunohistochemical staining for the paraffin sections was used for detecting the expression of Gli 1 and PCNA in 40 specimens of LSCC. Their correlations were analyzed statistically. Results The expression of Gli I was evaluated by the immunoreactive score. The positive rate of Gli I in the 4 0 specimens was 1 0 0 % . The expression of Gli 1 was significantly related to pathologic grade ( P = 0. 0 0 0 ) and lymphatic metastasis ( P = 0. 0 0 1 ) , but not to these elements such as patients ' age ( P = 0.572) , sex ( P =0.837) , tumor site ( P =0.947) , and tumor T stage ( P =0.560). The expression of Gill was positively correlated with that of PCNA in LSCC. Conclusion The abnormal activation of Glil plays an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of LSCC. The possible mechanism may be that Gli 1 can facilitate cell proliferation of LSCC.
