摘要
根据矿用轴流通风机叶片表面特征规划测量路径,应用三坐标测量机对其表面进行测量,获取了风机叶片表面点云数据;根据给定误差下的最小二乘非均匀B样条拟合点云数据得到了风机叶片的截面曲线,在截面曲线上通过二次采样完成点云数据精简。最后基于非均匀有理B样条理论,运用MATLAB软件编程,实现了风机叶片的三维模型重构,这为矿用轴流通风机叶片的实物造型和再设计奠定了基础。
The measuring path is planned according to the characteritics of the mine axial tan blade surface ,and its surface is measured with three-coordinate measuring machine for obtaining the point clouds of the fan blade surface;the cross-section curves of the fan blade are gotten by least squares non-uniform B-spline fitting the point cloud data under a given tolerance, then the reduced datas of point clouds on every curves by the second sampling. Based on the non-uniform rational B-spline theory, the reconstruction of 3D geometrical model of the fan blades is achieved with MATLAB software programming,which laid the foundation for mining the physical shape of the axial fan blades.
